He admits he has not yet arrived, but presses on, forgetting what lies behind and straining toward the goal; he calls believers to imitate that same forward stride rather than living as enemies of the cross, and anchors the whole pursuit in the horizon that awaits: a heavenly citizenship and a resurrection body transformed by Christ's own glory.
