The Death of Moses

Moses dies in Moab, and God himself buries him in a valley whose location no one has ever found; Israel mourns him thirty days, and the narrator closes by declaring that no prophet like Moses—known by God face to face, worker of signs and wonders—has ever arisen in Israel since.
